I Guide You Through Closing and Move-In
After closing, I stay involved and help coordinate the remaining projects, including land improvements (if needed), utilities, delivery, setup, trim-out, A/C installation, and final inspections. I'll provide an estimated move-in date based on your home availability, land readiness, permits, and project time frame while keeping you informed throughout.
