Such a good place my credit wasnt the best and they worked extremely hard and efficiently to get it to a point we could make a deal. Ask for nathan hes been a real good guy through it all.

We have been turned away from 2 other places the year before. At the end of October we took a chance and messaged Nathan on fbk messenger cause that where i saw the homes and videos he was posting. He sent over a pre-qualifying form and that same day told us we qualified. He stayed late for us to make the 2 hour trip from Uvalde to look at the homes at MFH. We appreciated his initiative and time he was investing in us. Long story short We just Closed today!!! We're are beyond blessed to have had Nathan help us with the process of pre-qualifying, choosing our home, helping speed the process along from documents to making phone calls. Manufactured Housing Consultants has gone far above and beyond helping me and ultimately finding then selling us our beautiful new home. This was the by far best, easiest and smoothest large "adult" purchase that I've ever done. There is only so much we are able to do when buying a home from 1,000 miles away but Nathan took charge and did ALL of the legwork that we needed. All we had to do was fly in and sign the papers. Moving in general is extremely stressful but this big of a move is extra stressful. Not once did he make us worry or concerned about anything. Any little hiccup we had, Nathan assured us that he will take care of it and not to worry. We left it in his hands and he did exactly what he said he would do. After the sale was complete, Nathans job was technically done. Not to him though. Nathan still continued to help us in several ways such as calling over 30+ trailer communities in San Antonio to check for space. He was even a great and much needed liaison for us and the place we are going to move to.

Nathan Guidry up at the New Braunfels location has been absolutely fantastic. If my trailer wasn't delivered and set, I would still think that I am in a dream! The whole process has been smooth and easygoing with Nathan. He is communicative, responsive, and dedicated. Edward the manager I delt with during closing and while choosing my home matched Nathan's great energy and commitment along the way. They made what I know is a stressful situation for others easy breezy. I cannot stress the fact that they kept me INFORMED, and aware of what was coming before it came. If you have any doubts and are reading these reviews. I would stop your hesitation and give these guys a call. They will no doubt exceed your expectations just as they did mine. They definitely made me feel like I mattered, and not just a dollar sign. I have more land and have plans for the future. I'm glad to say I'll be a return customer of MFHC in the future! I'm not knocking any other sales rep that works here but Nathan Guidry is by far the best in my opinion by far worked hard and kept things simple to understand never gave up on me when it got hard and had my back through it all I have been trying to buy a home for at least four years and always fell short but with his help I'm finally a home owner of a new house I not only had a great hard working man in my corner I HAD A FRIEND it wasn't scary taking the next step give this man a call YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT ..only thing I wish is I could give more stars thank you Nathan for those who think this isn't a real post that right there is your signals to give them a call and ask for this guy Thank you

The amenities are exactly what we were looking for. Nathan went above and beyond helping us with the process. We are really excited and looking forward to moving into our new home. What a great experience, we drove an hour and a half to get the perfect trailer, and it was well worth it. We tried other places, and none of them had the customer service like what we received here. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He replied right away and kept us up to date every step of the way. His Manager Edward was awesome too, whenever he helped. These 2 are an awesome team. I would recommend anyone looking to give Nathan a chance, and you wont regret it. Top notch first class service.
